115學年度教育部博士生獎學金申請通知
一、申請資格｜Eligibility
具中華民國國籍且非在職之博士班1至3年級學生。
Ph.D. students in Years 1–3 who hold R.O.C. (Taiwan) nationality and are not employed.
※ 學生年級以教務處學籍資料認定。
※ Student status is determined based on the academic records maintained by the Office of Academic Affairs.
二、補助名額｜Number of Scholarships
115學年度工學院獲分配名額共 26名。
The College of Engineering has been allocated 26 scholarships for the 2026 academic year.
三、補助說明｜Scholarship Details
（一）定額補助｜Monthly Scholarship
每月4萬元＝教育部3萬元＋校／指導教授／企業配合款1萬元。
Each recipient will receive NT$40,000 per month, consisting of NT$30,000 from the MOE and NT$10,000 in matching funds from the University, advisor, or enterprise.
（二）補助類型｜Scholarship Categories

（三）加碼補助｜Additional Scholarship
每生每月加碼1,000元至2萬元；工學院獲配加碼補助名額至多13名。
An additional scholarship of NT$1,000–20,000 per month may be awarded. The College of Engineering may recommend up to 13 recipients for the additional scholarship.
四、申請學生注意事項｜Application Information
- 申請表｜Application Form：務必使用115學年度新版申請表。
Please use the 2026 academic year application form. - 歷年成績單｜Transcripts：
博士班一年級新生：繳交碩士班歷年成績單。
First-year Ph.D. students: Master's program transcript.
博士班二、三年級：繳交博士班歷年成績單。
Second- and third-year Ph.D. students: Ph.D. program transcript. - 學術研究及職涯發展計畫｜Research and Career Development Plan：限10頁（含參考文獻），超過頁數者不予審查。
Limited to 10 pages, including references. Submissions exceeding the limit will not be reviewed. - 其他有助於審查之資料｜Other Supporting Materials：不限頁數。
No page limit. - 繳交方式｜Submission：
- 申請資料（不含佐證資料）：以線上方式繳交Word檔；紙本申請表之「核章頁」經學生本人、指導教授及系主任核章後，送至工學院彙辦。
Application Materials (without supporting documents): Submit the Word file online and the signed approval page in hard copy. - 申請資料（含佐證資料）：將所有資料合併為1份PDF電子檔，並以線上方式繳交。
Application Materials (with supporting documents): Combine all materials into one PDF file and submit online. - 繳交期限｜Deadline：紙本核章頁及線上填報申請表，均須於115年8月14日（星期五）17:00前完成繳交。
The signed approval page and online application form must be submitted by 5:00 PM on Friday, August 14, 2026.
- 申請資料（不含佐證資料）：以線上方式繳交Word檔；紙本申請表之「核章頁」經學生本人、指導教授及系主任核章後，送至工學院彙辦。
五、重要提醒｜Important Reminder
114學年度已獲A類或B類核定之博士班一年級、二年級學生，仍須重新提出申請，以參與115學年度加碼補助評比。
First- and second-year Ph.D. students who received Type A or Type B scholarships in the 2025 academic year must reapply to be considered for the additional scholarship in the 2026 academic year.
