有關「國家科學及技術委員會博士生獎學金（NSTC Ph.D. Fellowship）」115學年度新申請暨初審推薦作業，相關辦理事項如下，敬請詳閱：

1. 獎勵對象：
   已註冊入學就讀之博士班學生（不限年級），包含115年9月入學之博士班一年級新生。
2. 獎勵期間及金額：
   每月核給新臺幣40,000元，獎勵期間最長3年（115年9月1日至118年8月31日）。獲獎學生如於獎勵期間內畢業，獎學金核發至畢業當月止。
3. 申請文件及注意事項：
   1. 申請表：請務必使用本次公告附件之最新版申請表，提供中文版及英文版，擇一填寫即可。
   2. 歷年成績單：
      博士班一年級新生：繳交碩士班歷年成績單。
      非博士班一年級學生：繳交博士班歷年成績單。
   3. 博士研究計畫：以10頁為限（含參考文獻），超過頁數者，整份申請資料將不予審查。
   4. 其他有助審查之資料：頁數不限。
   5. 紙本核章頁：申請表核章頁請依系所規定完成簽核後繳交至系辦公室。
   6. 線上申請：

Regarding the application and departmental nomination process for the NSTC Ph.D. Fellowship Program (2026 Academic Year), please carefully review the following information:

1. Eligibility:
   Registered Ph.D. students of all academic years, including newly admitted students entering the Ph.D. program in September 2026.
2. Award Amount and Duration:
   Recipients will receive NT$40,000 per month for up to three years (September 1, 2026 – August 31, 2029). Students who graduate before the end of the award period will receive funding through their month of graduation.
3. Application Documents and Requirements:
   1. Application Form: please use either the updated Chinese Form or English Form
   2. Academic Transcript:
      First-year Ph.D. students: Master's transcript.
      Continuing Ph.D. students: Ph.D. transcript.
   3. Ph.D. Research Proposal: Limited to 10 pages, including references. Applications exceeding the page limit will not be reviewed.
   4. Supporting Documents: Optional. No page limit applies.
   5. Signed Application Cover Page: Please submit the signed cover page to your department office.
