I. 補助對象及請領資格：

具中華民國國籍且非在職之博士班1至3年級學生。

II. 補助名額：

114學年度工學院獲分配名額為23名。

III. 補助說明：

• 定額補助：每月4萬元=教育部2萬元+校/指導教授/企業配合款2萬元
• 補助類型：

• 加碼補助：通過加碼審查者，每生每月獲得1,000~2萬元額外補助。

IV. 申請資料：

1. 申請表請務必使用附件新版。
2. 113學年度曾獲核定之博一、博二學生，仍需重新提出申請。
3. （博一）碩士歷年成績單／（博二&博三）博士歷年成績單。
4. 學術研究及職涯發展計畫：限10頁（含參考文獻），不限中英文；超過頁數者，全份不予審查（即文件不符規定）。
5. 將上述所有資料合併為一份PDF檔，於114年8月22日（五）17:00前提交。請完成以下作業：
   • 系所辦：申請表紙本核章後繳交至院辦。

6. 其他有助審查資料：不限頁數。

V. 學院初審結果推薦表

1. 各系所如推薦1位以上學生，請於審查結果推薦表填入推薦排序。
2. 審查及推薦意見請儘量條列、具體詳述，勿僅以1–2行文字簡略描述，避免被複審單位退件要求補充。
3. WORD檔寄至院信箱，紙本核章後送院彙辦。

I. Eligible Applicants:

• Domestic Doctoral students in their 1st to 3rd year who are not currently employed (excluding international students).

II. Number of Awards:

The College of Engineering has 23 awards available for the 114th academic year.

III. Amount and Duration:

• Fixed subsidy: NT$40,000 per month— With NT$20,000 from the MOE and NT$20,000 jointly subsidized by universities and businesses.
• Funding Type：

• Each student potentially may receive an additional subsidy ranging from NT$1,000 to NT$20,000.

IV. Application Materials:

1. Please use the updated application form provided in the attachments.
2. Even if students were approved in the previous year, they must submit a new application this year.
3. Year 1 Ph.D. students: Submit Master’s degree transcripts.
   Year 2 and 3 Ph.D. students: Submit Ph.D. transcripts.
4. Ph.D. Research Proposal: Limited to 10 pages, including references. Submissions exceeding this limit will not be reviewed.
5. Other Supporting Documents: Optional, no page limit.
6. Submission Method: Combine all materials into a single PDF file. Complete the following by 5:00 PM on Friday, August 22, 2025:
   • Department Office: After approval, submit the signed copy to the College Office.

V. Recommendation List:

1. If there is more than one applicant, please indicate the order of recommendation ranking on the recommendation ranking list.
2. Please ensure the comments are clear and specific (not just one or two lines). Vague or overly brief remarks may result in the application being returned for revision by the university-level review committee.
3. Please email the Word file to the college office, and submit the hard copy with signatures after approval.
