有關「培育優秀博士生獎學金」114學年度新申請暨初審推薦作業，以下說明各項辦理事項，敬請詳閱：

1. 獎勵對象：114年9月註冊入學就讀之博士班學生（不限年級）。
2. 獎勵期間及金額：每人每月新臺幣4萬元，獎勵3年（自114年9月1日至117年8月31日）；若於3年內畢業，則獎勵至畢業當月止。
3. 申請資料：
   1. 申請表：請務必使用附件新版，分為中文版與英文版，擇一填寫即可。
   2. 歷年成績單：碩士（含）以上歷年成績單；如為博士二年級以上學生，須檢附碩、博歷年成績單。
   3. 博士研究計畫：限10頁（含參考文獻），超過頁數者，整份資料將不予審查。
   4. 其他有助審查之資料：頁數不拘。
   5. 將上述所有資料合併為一份 PDF 檔（含申請核章頁掃描），於 114 年 8 月 22 日（五）17:00 前 提交：

Regarding the application and initial review process for the "2025 NSTC Graduate Research Fellowship – Allocation Category", please carefully review the following important notes:

1. Eligible Applicants: Ph.D. students (of any year) who register in September 2025.
2. Fellowship Period and Amount: NT$40,000 per month per student for three years (from September 1, 2025, to August 31, 2028). For students who graduate earlier, the fellowship will end in the month of graduation.
3. Application Materials:
   1. Application Form: Use the updated version provided in the attachments—Chinese [Form 03] or English [Form 04]. Choose one.
   2. Academic Transcripts: Include all graduate-level records. Ph.D. students in year 2 or above must include both Master’s and Ph.D. transcripts.
   3. Ph.D. Research Proposal: Maximum 10 pages including references. Over-length submissions will not be reviewed.
   4. Other Supporting Documents: Optional, no page limit.
   5. Submit all documents as a single PDF (including signed cover page) by 5:00 PM on Friday, August 22, 2025:
